At Charmsjoy, we handle each piece with care — but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives with any defect, damage, or incorrect design due to our mistake or during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, and we will also cover the return shipping fee.

2. Exchange by Customer Request

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or design for personal preference (not due to any error), you may do so within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost of 30,000 VND.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or refund.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved and processed.

4. Important Notes

  • Do not return any item without contacting us first.

  • We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items sent by us.
