Payment Methods

At Charmsjoy, we offer multiple payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience for all customers. Please see the available methods below:

💳 1. QR Code Payment (Bank Transfer via QR)

We support secure, cashless payments via QR code. It’s fast, safe, and easy to use.

How it works:

  1. Place your order on our website and select “Pay via QR Code” at checkout.

  2. Confirm your order to receive a unique QR code along with payment details.

  3. Open your banking app or e-wallet (Momo, ZaloPay, Vietcombank, BIDV, etc.) and use the “Scan QR” feature.

  4. Review the payment:

    • Receiver name: Charmsjoy payment account

    • Amount: Must match your order total

    • Transfer note: Your order ID

  5. Tap “Confirm Payment” to complete the transaction.

You will receive:

  • A confirmation notification from your bank or wallet

  • A confirmation email from Charmsjoy

📌 Please keep your transaction receipt and ensure the correct transfer note is used to avoid any delays.

📦 2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prefer to pay in cash? No problem!

You can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout. With this method:

  • You pay the full amount in cash directly to the delivery staff upon receiving your order.

  • No advance payment is required.

  • Make sure to prepare the exact amount when your order arrives.

📌 Note: COD may not be available for certain remote locations. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

🚚 Shipping & Fees

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM daily

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days (within Vietnam)

  • Shipping fee: 30,000 VND per order – clearly displayed at checkout
